This past trip to the Cape brought me to the Headquarters of Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills, also known as C-O-MM. An all Career department since 1999 operating out of three stations, protecting a population of 25,000. COMM runs approximately 3,700 calls per year, a majority of that being in the summer months. While at the station with the crew COMM Engine 306 was dispatched to a MVA on Route 28 at Route 149. Engine 306 arrived to find one vehicle off the road with no injuries and a small fluid spill. COMM remained on scene a short time awaiting the tow truck. Had to move on for the family stuff, but was able to get a few more pics from the area. Another trip is in the planning so we'll see what station we stop by next.
