Firefighters from Jewett City were alerted for this truck fire on Thursday in the area of Mount Pleasant and Ann Street. Around 16:00 first due Captain Dupointe (Car 356) arrived and found a well involved fire with the occupant accounted for and no exposures. The crew from Engine Tank 156 stretched a 2" attack line and made a quick knockdown. The Griswold FMO is investigating.
