Niantic Fire and Rescue responded to this vehicle into a tree on West Main St. (Route 156) in the area of Roxbury Rd. Tuesday night. Shortly after 22:30, units arrived to find the soul occupant already out of the vehicle with no injuries. Engine 1 and the Ambulance held the scene securing the vehicle and obtaining a patient refusal.Wednesday, October 07, 2009
